Before joining Rare Patient Voice in 2025 as an Assistant Project Manager, Delta spent years in the student loan industry, where she supported individuals and families in managing the financial side of higher education. At the same time, she was raising two sons and caring for elderly parents—experiences that taught her the power of patience, empathy, and balance. No matter the setting, Delta believes that it costs nothing to be kind, and that belief has guided both her career and personal life.
